EOC’s Message on International Day for Persons with Disabilities
Some of the most problematic and disabling agents for persons with disabilities (PWDs) are the barriers in their environments. This is the message from the Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC/Commission) ahead of International Day for Persons with Disabilities (IDPWD), which is observed annually on December 3rd by United Nations members.
